1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Nature of Services

Kanga Financial Services Private Limited is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-2131) and SIF Distributor. The Company is also an Authorised Person (AP) of Pune E-Stock Broking Limited (AP Reg: AP0132060198982). We provide mutual fund distribution, SIF distribution, and stock broking facilitation services under regulated frameworks. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. 3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) Providing accurate personal and financial information; (b) Completing KYC requirements as mandated; (c) Reading all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing; (d) Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials; (e) Reporting any unauthorized access or transactions immediately; (f) Informing us of any change in personal details, financial circumstances, or risk appetite.

4. No Guaranteed Returns

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. The Company does not guarantee any specific returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on any investment. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. The value of investments can go up or down based on market conditions. Investments in SIF products involve higher risk. Securities market investments are subject to market risks.

5. Commission & Fees

We receive trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This commission is part of the scheme’s Total Expense Ratio (TER) and does not increase your investment cost. No separate fee or commission is charged directly to investors for mutual fund or SIF distribution. Commission details are available on our Commission Disclosure page. Stock broking charges are governed by Pune E-Stock Broking Limited’s policies and SEBI regulations.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal and financial data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, images, and design elements on this website are the property of Kanga Financial Services Private Limited or their respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited and may violate applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Kanga Financial Services Private Limited makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, on products offered through this platform. It accepts no liability for any damages or losses, however caused, in connection with the use of, or on the reliance of its products or related services. This limitation applies to all claims whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the commissions received for the specific transaction in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
